🚚 Shipping Policy

📦 Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

🚛 Delivery Timeline:

Metro cities: 2–5 working days
Other locations: 4–8 working days
Remote areas: May take a bit longer depending on logistics partner availability

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Delivery Coverage:

We currently deliver across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

📦 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499 may incur a nominal shipping charge (displayed at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products with an additional fee.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something’s not right, we’re here to help!

✅ Eligible for Return:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

Used, damaged, or altered items
Products returned without original packaging or tags
Custom, personalized, or clearance items (unless damaged)

🔁 Return Process

Raise a Request:
Email us at care@timblaze.com within 7 days of delivery.
Share Details:
Include your order number, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/defective).
Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
Refund/Replacement:
After quality check, refund or replacement will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
