Once an order is packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you can still raise a return request after receiving your order, as per our Return Policy.

• If your order is prepaid and eligible for cancellation, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 2–4 business days.

• For COD orders, no amount is deducted.
